1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of the OnlyCode.pro platform by registered and unregistered users.
1.2 The platform is operated by OnlyCode.pro, reachable at dev@onlycode.pro.
1.3 By using the platform, you agree to these T&Cs.
2.1 OnlyCode.pro allows users to showcase their programming projects and startups as posts.
2.2 Users can like, save, and manage projects. Registered users can also sell their projects.
2.3 The platform facilitates transactions between users and takes a commission for successful transactions.
2.4 The platform is generally free to use, but fees may apply for purchases or sales.
2.5 OnlyCode.pro assumes no responsibility for the content of projects or transactions between users.
3.1 Registration is done via GitHub OAuth. Users must provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 Multiple accounts are not allowed.
3.3 Users must keep their login credentials secure and prevent unauthorized access.
3.4 The operators reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts for violations of these T&Cs.
4.1 Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable unless the product does not match its description. In such cases, OnlyCode.pro will review the case and decide if a refund is warranted.
4.2 Sellers are responsible for compliance with all legal requirements, such as copyright and contractual obligations.
4.3 Payments are processed through Stripe, which is GDPR-compliant. OnlyCode.pro does not store payment data.
5.1 Users may only upload content that:
They have created themselves.
Does not contain copyrighted materials of third parties without permission.
Does not include NSFW, harmful, or illegal content (e.g., phishing, scams).
5.2 It is prohibited to:
Post phishing or scam links.
Use automated access, scraping, or other manipulative technologies.
5.3 Violations of these rules may result in:
Temporary suspension of the account,
Or permanent ban from the platform.
The decision regarding the severity of a violation lies solely with the platform operators.
6.1 Users retain the rights to their own content.
6.2 By uploading content, users grant OnlyCode.pro a license to display their content on the platform.
6.3 OnlyCode.pro assumes no liability for the content of users, including its legality, completeness, and accuracy.
7.1 OnlyCode.pro is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform, unless such damages were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
7.2 The operators assume no responsibility for the quality, legality, or suitability of projects or products offered by users.
8.1 For information on how personal data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
8.2 OnlyCode.pro uses third-party services such as GitHub, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel, all of which are GDPR-compliant.
9.1 Users may terminate their account at any time. All personal data will be deleted 30 days after termination.
9.2 Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended for violations of the T&Cs.
10.1 OnlyCode.pro reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
10.2 Users will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended T&Cs.
11.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the European Union.
11.2 Disputes arising from the use of the platform will first be reviewed by OnlyCode.pro. If no resolution is reached, legal action may be taken.
